ECS by Pre-purchasing

These are packages of prepaid hours of technical support at preferential prices, which secure a great number of benefits for you and your computer installations. 12, 24 and 48 hour packages are available. These hours are used up for technical support services provided by engineers for your computer installations, following the relevant request made by you, whenever you wish and for any reason whatsoever (preventive or restorative maintenance services).

Each Prepaid ECSupport contract has a duration of one year (12 months). After the date of expiry of such, and in the event that any unused hours still remain on such contracts, then these are transferred to the next year, on the condition that a ne ECSupport contract is entered into, in which case these hours are added onto the hours of the new contract.
